You may recall a while ago that I announced that Sainsbury’s now make my favourite blend of ketchup. I felt a bit sad for my previous tomato ketchup supplier, Heinz, as it had served me well for about 27 years of my life, so I wrote to them to say thank you for their service, but to advise them that I have a new preference now. This is how I roll… By the way, the Tesco one was an emergency, their ketchup is shit. Sainsbury’s is number 1.  Heinz and Morrison’s battle it out for second place at the moment. I will keep you updated if there is any change.

During my 31 years on this planet, most of those have included an addiction to ket chup, and I have always consumed Heinz Ketchup, as this has always proved superior by far. I have tried other brands of ketchup, especially when finances have been low, but always found them unsatisfactory. Until now. See link in title and below complaint: Dear Sir I am totally distraught to hear that you are changing the recipe of Heinz Ketchup – and not only that, but to be doing it on the sly. Whilst my life does not revolve around ketchup, and I feel that I would still be able to live some kind of existance (thanks to gravy), I will have to take measures to limit the impact.
